By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account. The creation of duplicate accounts may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified p786 of a suspected security breach. 4.3 KYC Verification

5.1 Permitted Use

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

Breach of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and displayed in the live cashier in PKR.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a promotion-specific document, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× Wagering Requirement means the User must place a total of PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. 7.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide:

• Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering.
• Table games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat) may contribute 10% to 20%.
• Live dealer games may contribute a reduced percentage or be excluded entirely.

7.4 Bonus Expiry & Forfeiture

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from your reliance on content published on the Platform.
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond p786's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your use of third-party payment services, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other payment provider.
• Any regulatory penalties, fines or legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by p786

p786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• A User is found to be ineligible under the Account Eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• Required KYC or AML documentation is not provided within a reasonable period.
• Regulatory or legal obligations necessitate account closure.

12.2 Termination by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed in accordance with the applicable bonus terms. Pending withdrawals will continue to be processed in the normal course following account closure.

Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary gambling licence (the specific jurisdiction is disclosed in the Operator's own terms and conditions accessible via the Platform). p786 does not represent that these Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and makes no claim of Pakistani government oversight or approval.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body designated by the Operator's licence jurisdiction. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
